Paws n Play is Hiring a Dog Handler Near Brandywine, MD
Job Summary:
Love Dogs? We're looking for dog handlers. We have a relaxed home-like environment. Multiple positions available; part-time (20 hours per week), flexible hours, weekday and weekend positions. Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed to assist with animal care
- Handle and restrain animals safely and securely
- Provide basic pet care including feeding, grooming, and walking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within facility areas
- Interact with pet owners and provide exceptional customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience in animal handling or related field preferred
- Knowledge of dog handling techniques and behavior
- Experience in pet sitting or working in a daycare, boarding environment is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
